ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES:
Intense and ruby-red colour with marked and young purple reflexes which verge on garnet with maturing. The intense scents of small red and black fruits wed balsamic notes of vanilla and ink. Full body and
profundity, Capofoco has a vibrating and tasty palate with caressing tannin.
